I got to know the Berto body shop, I must say that the staff was very cordial and the work on my car was excellent and on schedule. In addition, in order not to create discomfort at work, they gave me the courtesy car.
I brought the car several times from Berto and recommended to many people, but unfortunately I have to say that in recent years it has lost a lot of quality, I don't want to go into specifics but I think it is not admissible to bring the car 5 times after work executed, the interiors I found them all dusty, they made me a door 3 times, I had to pay another coachbuilder to get me to remove white dots on half the bodywork, even if they had performed to remove them ...
This is due to the fact that no one checks the cars after work.
Absurd waiting times (good for them).
Finally, I found the rear bumper marked by another car in the parking lot, I didn't even mention this to him so as not to lengthen the list of disputed items too much.
I hope that this negative review of mine takes it as an inspiration to improve some aspects and return the bodywork that was once.

It is very polite to wait a while for the repair of the machine but all in all they do a good job with fair prices. Possibility to have a courtesy machine.
