After entering and greeting without receiving any response from the guy behind the counter, busy talking about Amalfi and restaurants with the gentleman who preceded me, I waited almost 10 minutes while they continued to do their own things after which I said goodbye and I left kindly gone. Obviously a lost customer, despite being the only one specialized in auto glass in the Rovereto area.
