On the invoice I find additional costs of pre-overhaul (???) addition of windscreen washer additive !! Should you specify that you are not authorized and you get paid much more and above all with what authorization to take the customer's car to another place? And who asked you to do the pre-overhaul and center the washer fluid with the review? To forget .........
