I want to point out that the people serving at the salami and cheese counter must pay the utmost attention to the hygiene of the service performed. In particular, when the clerk / the clerk removes the cured meats from their display, he must be very careful not to place his fingers or palm of his hand on the fresh surface which will then be sliced. Small foresight but that makes the difference. Especially today with the hygiene problems linked to COVID19. Better if there were gloves available. The question that I, as an average user, ask myself is always the same: what has previously touched those fingers / that hand? Small village shop..You can find a bit of everything .. prices are not exaggerated and offers are good. Butchery usually with good meat is fresh..bread made in their bakery. Kind staff
