Arrogant, rude, disrespectful staff. No willingness to solve problems. Absolutely inadequate customer service. Incompetent.

I do not specifically tell the incompetence of the three sellers of this Wind Tre brand shop but I only tell you that to make a simple portability of a number by mistake and incompetence I had to go to the shop 4 times to fix the transcription errors of mine documents and still almost after 10 days the thing has not yet been successful .... Try it from other sellers !!
