Worst e-commerce and in-shop experience I ever had in a very long time!

The employees are unprofessional, as explanations about their appliances are scarce and not very useful. Little preparation and sometimes rudeness towards the customer. Too bad because the shop is well stocked and well represented by excellent brands.

A lady of advanced age, to be fired immediately !!! She gives wrong information to people about the guarantee, very grumpy, as she says "but maybe you drop your cell phone again and you can throw it away, I advise you to keep it like this" (cell phone bought even 6 months ago, for 900 euros , and a one-year guarantee for any type of fall or impact ...)
