I went to the Innerhofer warehouse in Rovereto to buy an Ideal Standard toilet board. WITHOUT INFORMING ME THAT IT WAS OF COMPETITION they gave me the tablet that, when it was mounted in the evening, the next morning it broke simply by sitting down. I could thus verify that the same was in coated panforte and not in polymer like the original. I asked for the replacement, since the manufacturing defect was evident, but THE REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED without any explanation except "At the factory they told me it was not faulty and therefore not replaceable". I specify that, at the same price, I later found the ORIGINAL Ideal Standard tablet at the nearby SVAI. Nice way to treat customers .... Clearly at the Innhofer will not see me anymore ...
