Worst agency ever, they will charge you +50€ for cleaning services, even if you have cleaned the apartment, they dont come to visit the apartment if you say they arent right. Worst of all, they dont speak any foreign language. On the fact that I told them that how come in an agency they speak only italian, they told me, they dont need any other language. Thief band of cheap people.

The son of the owner has behaved badly ... in the way of responding in front of several problems .... apartment for nothing clean, not controlled by the agency ... dirty pans and curtain on the toilet ... unfortunately we had seen it person but running and in winter. Never again in this agency
