In contrast to the famous Abbey, the Cathedral of Bobbio belonged to the Bishop. Built in 1070, it was heavily modified in 1463. The interior is beautiful and the Chapel of San Michele is also interesting for the fourteenth-century frescoes. The Diocesan museum, housed in the bishop's palace, is very rich and interesting. The Cathedral, as well as from the square of the same name, also offers a panoramic view from the Ponte Gobbo.

The Cathedral of S. Maria Assunta was built in the 11th century and has undergone various works over the centuries that have changed its appearance to the current one. Very beautiful are the frescoed vaults, especially those above the altar. Not to be missed
