COVID period / red blue green yellow zones / we encourage remote communications without crowding the branch. Well, for two months I have been trying to get in touch with the staff for information and instructions aimed at closing the account (I have tried countless times and through all the contact details available); no one answers and the various messages left on the answering machine with the desire to be contacted have not been answered. In the meantime, I continue to see myself reducing monthly management costs of an account that for months has no income / expenses and no certain associated credit

You can't even make a phone appointment what we need to talk about!

thanks to the kind assistance of Dr. Patrizia I was able to solve all the numerous problems related to my relationship with the bank ..... I experienced a relationship based on kindness and professionalism thank you very much !!!!

Staff a little rude at times, but all in all fast
