Absolutely unprofessional they gave up a new phone without even notifying me, coming from Bologna following a lockdown, with two children at HOME (ONE BIRTH IN JANUARY) instead of calling me they gave away the PHONE (TAKEN IN JULY AND FIXED UP AT THE END OF NOVEMBER) , we called this morning to go and pick it up and in the afternoon in the shop they said they had discarded it. Unprofessional not clear. A SUCK!

Fast, competent, correct, competitive prices. They repaired the iPhone in an hour and explained the damage that another technician, not an expert, had done to the speaker by changing the screen. Repairs guaranteed one year. Reasonable prices affiliated with ifix-iPhone. I also left him a P8Lite and, to be fair, as he had a very small problem, they did not invent any repairs, returning it for a further test of use, before the actual repair.
