Rude and really rude owner. We went in yesterday afternoon my daughter and I .. I was leafing through some prints and my daughter started to see some little boxes for objects that I promised her I would buy her .. she just had to choose one .. alas I made the mistake of do not see a sheet on the top cabinet that says do not touch .. for heaven's sake the mistake was mine .. my daughter is 5 years old and still cannot read she was opening them very carefully because I had recommended myself .. the owner comes behind her, he knocks her really badly on the right shoulder and says in a bad and grumpy way: "What's written here ?!" Pointing to the sheet. The little girl was so shocked that she started crying in despair once they went out .. I don't know what kept me but I swear I would have smashed the shop. I understand that situations of this kind may be on the agenda for the owner but there is a way and a way .. and considering his ways at CARVERNICOLO I would advise him not to devote himself to the creation of products for children which, in my opinion, if those boxes if they had seemed a little more precious instead of a sort of industrial toy I would have been a little more careful to see if there was a sheet that was in any case put HIGH as a child does to. If anything, he should have knocked on my shoulder.
