bad experience I bring in August the smart with gearbox problem (in June I replace the engine with them and I am told by gabriele I assume the owner that the clutch was fine, at my request, otherwise it made no sense to spend money and then intervene later in the automatic transmission) they replace the clutch for me but after a few km the car changed at very high rpm as before, I carry it back I spend another 250 euros telling me that they intervened in the control unit I take the car again the problem, I immediately bring it back to him telling me that I tried it for many km, the test with me beside the car changed when she wanted it at very high rpm and he said it was normal because the automatic can change at 2500 and 5000 rpm (which is denied to the mercedes of via tiburtina to my precise question) the car and in the afternoon it locks again with the 3 lines in the box at this point I make an appointment with the mercedes they replace the actuator and the machine hina back to normal, at this point I ask the ecu what was done for 250 euros? in the end they failed in 4 interventions by them to solve a trivial problem by spending a mountain of money 500 euro clutch 250 euro control unit I don't know what they did and 30 euro the first intervention working with computer diagnostics. ALL DEMONSTRABLE strongly discouraged
Polite and professional, they have a replacement machine. Works carried out flawlessly and at low prices. I found them by chance looking for someone who could fix the top of my smartina, the car is like new. I will never leave them.
