Yoga is my passion and kundalini in particular reflects the practice that makes me happy. It is the right balance between flexibility, harmony, serenity and spirituality and mantras leave their mark on the soul. This spiritual journey of mine has brought into my life Elizabeth, a very good teacher, attentive to the needs of her students, full of beautiful energy and light. For more than a few years I have followed his lessons which are never the same and each lesson generates new energy. This wonderful practice has become an integral part of my life which I would not give up on the world at all. Thanks to Elisabetta for the love and passion she transmits with simplicity and professionalism.

Yoga has been very useful to me in many moments, especially the more difficult ones. It is a philosophy of life that helps you to be more aware of yourself and the world around you. Often I happen to go to class dead exhausted after a day of work, with a heavy head and limbs in pieces ... and then leave the class completely regenerated, light and energetic. There are many types of yoga but for me kundalini is the best: it is a mix of meditation and physical exercises of varying intensity associated with breathing techniques so it allows both the body and the mind to activate. I like the way Elizabeth proposes it. It is always different, each lesson new exercises to discover. Use beautiful music that always involves you. I have the idea that there is behind a very thorough study but bestowed with simplicity without giving too many airs. The activities proposed on the weekend in the open air and the truly nidra yoga internships are also very beautiful. I recommend it to everyone it will really change your life ...

I find it was a nice gift to find Elizabeth's Yoga center. I thought I'd just do a few lessons and then decide if it made sense or not to me. From the first lesson, however, I understood that I would continue. Do not miss to test with Elizabeth's class before making a decision, this is my advice.

I was looking for advice of Naturopathy and found in Sara, the manager of the center, a great help. She is a very valid professional in the field who helped me to identify a problem that had been pestering me for some years but that I had never been able to solve. The center is newly opened, very comfortable and offers many really interesting activities. Strongly recommended to those looking for an all-round holistic experience.
