We had damage to our rental van and had to find a garage. After being sent away from two different other places we arrived here and were helped in a very friendly manner by the owner (?) and his English speaking daughter as translator. Although no real reparation was needed, he did help us find a short term solution to lock the doors which were damaged. Did not charge us anything. Mille grazie!
Incompetent and rude staff and owner !! To paint a rear bumper, from 3 days we went to 5 days, plus they deliver me a car with the wrong color of the bumper and the badly fitted under bumper !! Because they did a job saving, I recommend an eye care to the owner and the body shops !! Because all the colors have a code, and you don't go by eye. We got to the point that we had a lot of discussions, and in the end they gave me back the € 300, this is a sign of irresponsibility and lack of correctness and professionalism 0
