Autumn 2020: we renew our appreciation after enjoying an excellent white polenta. This traditional Balestrinese dish is made with potatoes and flour, then wrapped in a sauce of leeks and cream. The flavors, in our attentive mouths, merged as in a symphony: the delicate potatoes praised the creamy leek, sweetly, delicately ... A must try!
