Very very slow and inattentive service at Caffè Sereni. 5€ for a 0,4l draft beer is pretty expensive - it is Luino at the Lago and not Milano. Actually nice place however I prefer nice Caffè with a overwhelming view and good service and reasonable prices at the Harbour

Beautiful Café but needs to improve its service. The location is great. They also serve lunches and aperitivo’s.

Excellent choice for a lunch break, the Sereni bar always offers a menu of the day with hot dishes: from pasta, risotto and main courses. A little for all tastes, they satisfy both those who want a light dish or those who are more caloric and tasty. Sore notes: sometimes they are a bit slow with the service. On the outside chairs I would recommend cushions (my daughter broke her pants), the last time I went the waitress looked like a person who didn't want to work, I miss a smile! I hope it was a bad day and not a modus operandi.

Proprietary with mask on the chin instead of on the mouth and nose. I would say that, at the moment, it is not acceptable. everything else is secondary.
