More than salesmen, the bakery staff are now good acquaintances who are waiting for us from one year to the next. How good are the "monetine", durum wheat semolina sandwiches. And what about the focaccia with olives, or the soft wheat friselline? All good. Good and light. The shop furnishings are a bit essential. But after all, what is the problem?
