Finally pulsating has the brewery it deserves ... In the courtyard of a beautiful castle, with discretion but a lot of professionalism there is a brewery with all the trimmings ... With the utmost discretion, young but very good guys, they offer excellent beer and excellent food ... The place is beautiful and the staff very welcoming ... Do not miss the red draft beer, the onion rings, the mozzarella sticks and the nachos with cheese ... Prices absolutely within reach ...

Very nice brewery. To make the experience special are the professionalism, the preparation of the owner Thomas. The restaurant offers an excellent menu of beers, and three of the many well-known labels is worth mentioning Firestone Walker, a truly excellent brewery, I have rarely drunk such good IPA. Moving on to the gastronomic side of the restaurant, I can only point out the fruits of a sublime goodness and a Würstel (Hot Dog) so good that even in Berlin they can only dream of it. Finally, one last applause for the infinite availability of the owner who really does everything to give the best to the customers. If I could I would also give an extra star. I hope to return soon

Local located in the historic center of Pulsano near the castle. Excellent beers and friendly and prepared staff. Highly recommended !!!!
