Come on, I put two stars because I practically grew up taking this cumana every day. But come on, in the heart of Naples, such a dilapidated station. Ticket office not working very well, trains running late ... Mah!

Bad service. Trains that also skip 2 consecutive runs (with waits of up to an hour). Impossibility to buy the ticket: closed ticket office and automatic machine out of use. The staff was incredibly rude when I asked for an explanation.

Apart from the strike days, the cumana is the only public transport that still works well in Naples! It runs every 20 minutes and is very fast. The station is nothing special, but at least there are benches. It is not sheltered from the sun.

... pity not being able to put 0 stars because the service is really bad! Dilapidated station, non-existent turnstiles, obliterator machines that never work, never respected timetable, continuous cancellations, ticket office that doesn't even have € 10 to change with 3 employees ...
