I write on behalf of my grandmother, who does not have a Google account: No escort during the trip. Assistance entrusted to an 85-year-old passenger, with no such experience and unable, despite good will, to coordinate people. We recently spent three days in London with a tour organized by this agency. Excellent choice of on-site guide (kind and prepared) and of the companion (Mr. Andrea), well organized transfers from / to airports. The only flaw, the unhappy choice of the hotel, both for the room and for the dinner (half board).

I sent an email and a whatsapp msg for information on a trip to the Christmas markets in Munich ... They never answered me. I booked my tour to the markets with another travel agency.

I called 5 times to always be told that there was no owner and they could not give me any information ... I adjusted myself differently ...

Both the owner of the agency and the staff were very courteous and professional. They organized the cruise with great care and added an excursion (free) which was not foreseen. If I had to organize other trips, without a shadow of a doubt I would trust them.
