Unprepared sales point, I went twice and both had to return because what they had sold me was not good once it was opened and assembled at home (I am talking about spare parts for inner tubes, etc.). Honestly, from a retailer of wine products and equipment I would expect more preparation if I bring you the piece and even if you see it you give it to me wrong, we are not there!
