I am a loyal customer of his since he opened the ice cream shop in Senigallia, I was able to make a fleeting visit here at Combo and I found the same kindness and friendliness in a large and bright space. His desserts and his chocolates are real pampering. In the photo you will find some purchases made. Portonovo chocolate is amazing!

We went to the Combo with a lot of curiosity, after reading about the opening in the newspapers. The flavors of the ice cream are particular, with new combinations and ingredients at km 0 or in any case of great quality. We took two ice cream cups ... excellent ice cream, I had no doubts Paolo Brunelli is a guarantee, elegant decoration. Then there was an unscheduled, the owner who was there in the room, offered us a tasting of a beer, (I think a barbecued) excellent combination with the ice cream we had taken. The place is elegant, tidy. In addition to ice cream there are pastries, beers and other local products. I will definitely come back, even for breakfast.

Outstanding ice cream, nothing to say. However, the COVID rules are totally disregarded: a continuous gathering of people, no distance, there is a queue all stuck inside the room with the door closed, without a specified path and with people who consume inside (obviously without a mask). I suggest some extra attention (such as imposing a maximum number of people inside the room, establishing the path of the line, possibly outside, and leaving the door open) so that you can have a nice experience in safety during this period. The rules must apply to everyone

It will be the beginning but I was expecting something more after all the advances of the Red Lobster. I waited curiously at the opening. The sweet brioches have spectacular fillings but alas they are just a sprinkle and for the pistachio brioches, if it costs € 2, ok that is real pistachio paste, but an extra sprinkle did not hurt. I expected to find salty and instead nothing. Sore point for trifle in jar instead. Disappointing taste, textures and the jar: plastic. I would have expected a glass, maybe to make. Nice decor but the table really host too many ppche people, for these times. I wait a few months for a greater break-in. PS: the croissants remain a little too sticky on the fingers.

We were lucky enough to meet the owner, despite being busy he welcomed us with simplicity, kindness and even lent himself for a photo. The ice cream to try absolutely if you are in the area; puts you at peace with the world. Extremely recommended. We hope to return soon.
