I bought a Lupia photo frame in Wood Wall Rainbow Black 70x100 cm. Excellent price / quality ratio. Unfortunately, the plexiglass and the rear panel were cracked, almost certainly due to transport (it can happen, nobody is perfect). Only 3 days after I warned my fingers, the replacement frame arrived, this time intact. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism / seriousness! In the end they deserve 5 stars! Antonello

My partner and I bought a wooden tree of life which we will use as a wedding tableau. The tree is very beautiful and looks stable and solid and we are very satisfied. We would also like to emphasize some details that denote this company's attention to the customer: After ordering the tree, a message arrived from the seller, apologizing for any inconvenience and delays in delivery (which, however, were not present) due to the Covid emergency. The product arrived packed with bubble wrap paper, with a double layer of plywood on the outside and finally covered with cardboard. In the package there was also a sheet of paper with a rainbow design and the words "everything will be fine". Congratulations therefore, both for the product and for the attention to the customer
