I turned to this study for a knee injury, after identifying the precise problem, I started doing rehabilitation and after 4-5 workouts I was able thanks to them, to go back to practicing the sport I was doing. I continued the sessions at the suggestion of the specialists, to improve on some specific aspects always concerning my business, and I must say that they helped me a lot to make the leap in quality.

We started with the goal of a simple 10 minute walk, which seemed a long way off to me, and arrived back at the CrossFit box, something impressive! I entrusted myself to this study following the third shoulder dislocation. After the visit with the orthopedic shoulder specialist who collaborates with the outpatient clinic and subsequent planned intervention in a very short time, I immediately started my recovery path. Here I have dealt with friendly and highly qualified staff. Manual physiotherapy sessions were followed by reinforcement / coordination sessions in the gym, with the aim of returning to everyday life and Crossfit training as quickly as possible. The results proved to be excellent, despite the rather annoying injury I started practicing my sport again and therefore I can only recommend it.
