I bought a barebones system from them and updated the bios (which I doubt they did), the system blew a whistle, which they ignored while updating it. After 1 month of waiting for the replacement, we were forced to buy elsewhere. Almost 20% have been withheld from the return. Stay away.

After two big orders, between returns and guarantees I decided to spend some time to write this review because ... because they deserve it! Any other store, whether online or physical, if misapplied with Amazon loses miserably; but EsseShop is not like that, in fact I consider it better than Amazon. Leaving aside the shipment, which unfortunately relies on SDA (which in the area in the province of Bergamo is struggling) or GLS (with which I have always found myself well), the prices are better than those of Amazon, but the real gem is the technical assistance, run by a boy and a girl. To make the idea better, I'll tell you an anecdote (among many, the most recent): 2 weeks ago I ordered all the hardware components needed to make a good PC, after 10 working days it arrived (it was a nice big order and it had to get to Bergamo, in this period I understand the difficulties), I mounted it and it seemed that everything worked, if not for the fact that the SSD m.2 that I had bought was not compatible with the motherboard, or so I thought. I make a return request and the day after, that is yesterday, the support guy calls me: he tells me that on the motherboard I purchased there is another M.2 slot where it is compatible ... I was blown away, but not because I had not seen the other slot, but because he took the trouble to call me! With Amazon I would have made the return and who has seen has seen, wasting time unnecessarily. I feel compelled to thank the whole EsseShop team for the excellent service they offer. PS: They are also nice as well as good at their job hahaha. Thanks again!

They ship defective goods, they spend 40 days to find out if and when they will replace it, the courier has to pay and, in the case of a return, they also withhold 20%. With this shop you waste time and money.

For now I have only given 4 stars because I have ordered a computer based on my specifications and other materials, which will have to arrive. I found kindness and helpfulness by phone, as well as very useful technical suggestions by e-mail. Now I await computers and materials as soon as they are ready to be sent by courier; if what is seen so far is really excellent and congratulations. I'll update the evaluation.

Friendly, nice and kind guys. I ordered some products from them for my computer, they respected the timing perfectly (picked up on site, practically on the day I placed the order, I was able to freely go to pick up as it was already available) .. Fast and fast communication, they are also present on Amazon, for those who are in the Milazzo - Messina area, in my opinion, it is a point of reference.
