It's ok. I don't think they are very kind but they are professional.

Awesome! They are very kind but at the same time professional. Their products are nothing short of miraculous (especially their creams)! It is also a pharmacy full of services.

Unfortunately I am forced to give a very negative opinion after a recent experience with the aforementioned pharmacy. I was on vacation in Budoia with my girlfriend. I went to them to buy an ointment against sunburn. I explained in detail the bad situation that is: we went to the beach the day before and my girlfriend the evening began to suffer from a strong sunburnt legs. From the evening after the beach a calvary had begun for her and continued until she returned to the hotel and then again throughout the night. He had red legs like tomatoes, swollen ankles, severe skin pain and inability to walk normally as he felt the skin at that point pulling and cause pain with every movement. He suffered so much and described the pain as if he were being flayed. I was very worried, so much so that during the night I would meditate if I should go to the emergency room, but she didn't want to. The next morning, I fled to the pharmacy at 8:30 as soon as they opened. The shop assistant listens to my story and then puts a cream on her counter that she calls an excellent cream, too bad it's a cream for babies but she claimed she didn't care about the label, in fact it was also suitable for adults and for scalding situations. I trusted and bought 2 tubes (even 13 euros each, a shocking price !!). Add that only later I read more carefully the package and found that there was no mention about sunburn it appeared to be nothing more than a soothing cream for babies. I have repeatedly applied the ointment on the affected area of my girlfriend as suggested to me by the pharmacist and had so exhausted in a few hours the first tube and started already with the second. We arrive in the evening without registering ANY kind of benefit and improvement. My girlfriend felt pain just like the previous night, she walked with difficulty, still suffering visibly. We stay all day locked in the hotel. In the late afternoon, fed up and worried about seeing my partner still in those conditions, I decide to go back to the same pharmacy and ask for a different product based on Aloe Vera, annoyed that up to now there had been no improvement. Meanwhile the pharmacist had changed, typing on the computer in search of a product similar to my requests. He says he has nothing (?? !!) and I decide to go to another pharmacy to try another product and hear another opinion. Re-explain the problem, show the new pharmacist previous packaging, pick it up and the law, shakes his head and tells me that the product is absolutely inadequate and hands me an ointment with Aloe Vera as I requested that between ' another cost half (produced by Marco Viti, an excellent pharmaceutical company). Immediately after the purchase of the new ointment, my girlfriend says she immediately feels a refreshment in the affected area. Let's go out to dinner, take a look at Polcenigo, she regularly applied the new ointment. As the situation of the skin and the pain were improving, the symptoms were noticeably reduced by the following morning. It still remained slightly sore and limping but in a clear healing phase. It irritates me that the pharmacist to Budoia has sold me a totally inadequate specific product for babies, a trivial soothing cream, as well as very expensive. Also they had the ONLY product in the store baby, what makes me think that he wanted to monetize all rifilandomi costs something, or simply the pharmacist had not understood the situation. We have lost time and money, but most importantly, the period of suffering and acute pain has been prolonged. I will certainly return to Budoia because my family has been living there for a few months. For sure, in case of need I will go to another pharmacist because I don't trust them. Sorry
