Very difficult to communicate, they don't answer the phone. If you have a 'fiscal' problem, it is impossible to get assistance quickly.

Difficult to make a judgment without being offensive, very annoying is the total lack of humility and responsibility of the employees obviously in error who in their stupidity fail to admit that they were wrong in communicating the appointment time (they also send you a confirmation email), only the switchboard that is in obvious difficulty is saved because it must relate to the employees of the theorem who probably have an IQ equal to that of the men of Cromagnon! free service offered is not up to the expense and I would like to be ironic but that's right! arrived in the closed office for the whole morning x assembly. in 2020 still in the public to witness these things make you think, I worked in private and the assemblies were made outside working hours and cmq continued to give the minimum service, in the public that should be an example continue with this laxity

The less star is given by the fact that as an organization it leaves a lot to be desired. As for the rest, I have never had any problems, they often answer phone calls (if they don't, it's because they can't answer for various reasons, there may be too many people and therefore it's not easy to manage everything, put yourself in their shoes). Nothing to complain about the appointments. Maybe the timetables should be clearer because you don't understand each other very much.
