A great trip with the bus around Neapels. There is two bus ,line the red and the blue one . We took both but we found the blue line much better. The tour goes direction posillipo and back and Take about 60-70 minutes.

Sadly the worst city bus tour we have had... And we have been on many. Commentary ultra light in content and not at all in time with journey. Normally these are a great start to any trip for an overview with pointers on what to do next. In this case, we left Naples!

After having only good experiences with City Sightseeing, I was shocked by the exceptionally poor service they provide in Napoli. The buses were all full as it was a cruise ship day, and people were constantly turned away. All four buses came within a short period of time, followed by a wait of more than an hour. When the buses did finally come, they were absolutely packed, and we were forced to sit inside the lower portion. Unfortunately, we also made the mistake of wasting our money on tickets to Pompeii for the next day with City Sightseeing as well. After how poorly their hop on hop off tour ran, we simply wanted a refund for our tickets to Pompeii the following day. However, they would not give us the refund. Most of the staff we encountered were rude and unhelpful. We were given no resolution and no apologies for their poor service and utter lack of logistics. Antonio at the terminal office was miserable to deal with, and Daniela and Veronica at the head office for City sightseeing Italy were unwilling to help us resolve the issue. Long story short: City sightseeing in Naples will gladly take your money, but that’s about all they’re good for, as they don’t really care about the services they provide. Seek our better local options to experience all the amazing sights that Naples has to offer!

Really enjoyed the tour. We packed in so much in the time. Spent all day out, having had a really good pizza at one of our stops. It's really worth doing this tour to see as much of Naples as possible.

I enjoy the hop on hop off experience been all around the world ...best if you don't have lots of time.. Or if it's your beginning in a new location. A great way to meet other people..
