PARMA!! Parma is a university city in Italy's , famed for Parmesan cheese and Parma ham. Romanesque buildings, including the frescoed Parma Cathedral and the pink marble Baptistery, grace the city center. Classical concerts take place at the Teatro Regio, a 19th-century opera house. The Galleria Nazionale, inside the imposing Palazzo della Pilotta, displays works by painters Correggio and Canaletto. To be frankly is so cozy city they people have a great energies Very Very nice!!

Architecturally, the baptistery of Parma Cathedral marks a transition between the Romanesque and Gothic styles, and it is considered to be among the most important Medieval monuments in Europe. The most striking part of the Baptistery is its painted domed ceiling. Sixteen rays come out of the center of the ceiling, which each correspond to the arches.

The heart of Parma is Piazza del Duomo, the main historic square of the city. All those peach marble colours leave an unforgettable impression.

Extraordinary example of “Italian Gothic.” The exterior is made of marble, especially carted across the mountains from Liguria. The marble gives the building a special “pink aura,” in some lighting conditions.
