Bad and rude ... I entered for a new sim, the person with whom I tried to speak did not take my eyes off a pc for a moment, did not listen to me even for a moment and although I had a specific request ( and on the other hand completely audible) he repeated me a couple of times a little formula by heart on a promotion that he said was advantageous ... 100 m result. later I entered Vodafone, where I made yet another sim, exactly under the conditions that I asked for !!! If I have dealt with the owner, I invite him to change his attitude with customers, if instead he was an employee, I invite the owner to ask himself some questions ...

Bad service ... an embarrassing rudeness bordering on rudeness highly discouraged ... I wanted to change the moral subscription I went out and changed my phone company !!!

Negative rating because they did not give me all the info about the closure of the contract (as the girl later admitted) Result: I paid 2 more and half stalls without using the service. INFO FOR EVERYONE: when you need to cancel a contract by registered letter or e-mail, deactivation takes place 30 days from the date of receipt of the letter. Meanwhile, continue blissfully to pay for a service you do not use. Furthermore, in the request form for rescission of the contract you must indicate whether or not to reactivate the telecom Italia line, ie decide whether the number of infostrada must be permanently deactivated, or remain functional and managed by Telecom Italia. ANSWER TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT ON 15 January 2019: I do not think you can solve this mess you've made. today I finally got a partial refund (corresponding to 1 month on the 2 and a half that I'm unfairly paying) and I'm waiting for the second appeal to be accepted to get another refund. of course I did it myself, addressing the support service through numerous calls and PEC. I did not involve you to avoid further damage ... FINAL UPDATE: February 21, 2019 I finally got the second refund from infostrada that has recognized my reasons, after six months of calls, PEC and various anger. NOT thanks to everyone for participating.

Prepared and friendly. Life is hard, if you go to the Wind, just like when you go to the dentist that it is at least a cordial dialogue! Highly recommended. ;>
