The chinese looking dark guy inside was trying to charge me 5 euros to call their service number to unblock my Internet after I paid the bill. I can't believe how these people are...only because I don't speak Italian.

Very rude staff! Man from Naples treats the client with an arrogant and rude air. I was trying to get a data sim and since I am not of legal age my father, not being in Parma and already having remote sims with Wind, asked if he could speak to the employee who replied "I'm working, don't let me repeat the things 10 times ”, so what? What does it mean? That I came there to play? This is not the case with a customer.
