Go to Fidenza or Reggio Emilia, you will find more competent doctors.

Never give birth in this facility. Gynecologists and midwives are incompetent they practically do not give you a hand in everything. Indeed, be careful what you sign before and during delivery the oysters are clever. I do not recommend this establishment at all.
