Piadina Romagnola DOC

It no longer exists.

I was on the road on the first day of work in Parma and I stop in this piadineria and since I tasted their product I found myself being a regular customer for more than a month in a row. The very kind and very good lady in the preparation of the piadina. Really recommended! I have never eaten a flatbread like this elsewhere.

For twenty years now, my point of reference for the Piadina, the real one, is the piadineria in Via del Bono. Good the dough and good and first choice ingredients that it uses. Maniac (in a good way) of the clean. I hope you never change

Here the best piadine! Better if to take away because it doesn't have many stools
