Reviews
I read some bad reviews that I don't agree with at all. I have lived a life in this pharmacy, first when I was at the cross and then at the Esselunga. Pharmacists have always been excellent, helpful and polite. On the contrary, customers are often rude and outrageous. But you see, I too am polite and understanding, unpretentious and I understand very well the work they do. Good job, everyone. By name I only know Dr. Laura who was also at the cross and the other doctors? Excellent all and extremely available. Someone treats them as bankers, but they must never forget that they have a degree in pharmacy. Thanks to all of you pharmacists. I read the brewer's yeast thing! Why look for it in pharmacies when they sell it in supermarkets!
I see that I am not the only one to complain .... rude in a hurry they do not know how to recommend a cream .... hasty acid responses with the big expenses that I always make from them. recipe ... the other gives you two boxes and doesn't even want to see it ... the other but doesn't take a little too much? It is I have been under treatment since 35 years ago Antonio famous psychiatrist .... now that they are hiring someone .... It is not the client's fault if you are a few always different think the clients how good they are to talk to people always in a hurry who plant you there in half and send you another one ????? you have lost useless point to offend you is no longer the pharmacy with which you could ask for advice and they listened to you .... maybe on 200 euros of expenditure there is that you listen to me right?
I would like to express my deep disappointment of the treatment received in the afternoon of today April 27, 2020 by the blond pharmacist missive hair with glasses, to my request to be able to trace a medicine that a colleague had proposed to me a few weeks before, a colleague, with great superficiality and superiority has practically made my search in vain, I said that I could not remember the pharmacist with whom I had spoken the previous week and the same instead of being to understand she replied that she could not remember. I was just asking for a little understanding and kindness, maybe I was demanding too much, but I found rude arrogance and little professionalism, contact with the public is important above all to put a customer at ease.
A disappointed and very amazed customer of such unprofessional behavior by so-called 'professional' people ...
I often go to this pharmacy, the pharmacists are very professional, in particular Dr. Marco who does not skimp in the explanations if you need it.
Management has changed but pharmacists are always the same.
To appreciate the patience they have when they are dealing with rude people, who do not want to wait their turn, or who do not understand why some drugs cannot be sold without a prescription (I personally witnessed these two episodes).
Thank you for holding on at this particular moment (you too are surely afraid, that you are not sending us, and a family to return to).
The blonde pharmacist with glasses is the most disrespectful and rude, I really felt bad, as well as made me feel uncomfortable in front of all the customers. These are difficult times for everyone but this does not authorize you to be able to turn badly to customers. You are lucky that you are at the entrance and close to the Esselunga. You just have to go a little further and in San Pancrazio they are much more available towards customers, as well as having immediate availability of all the drugs, you do.
