I am writing this review about something that happened just this afternoon. I called their office number to ask for information about a mistake I made in recent days. The gentleman who answered me was an out of the ordinary rudeness, why? I had asked him to please repeat what he had told me seeing the poor signal of the cell phone, and the gentleman freaking out just for having asked him that thing gently closes the cell phone in my face. I appeal to the respective person who answered me today, I give you some advice go and visit a specialist but one of the really good ones, because you really need it. Or maybe go back to elementary school to learn a little about common respect for others and to learn how to have a dialogue between normal people. Apart from that, I'm sorry for the person who answered me because he seemed to be quite old. However, if you don't like doing that job start looking for something else and give your place to qualified people who can do that job. I'm not saying this just for you but for the people who appeal to your offices and find someone like today's gentleman who doesn't even know how to civilly address those who are speaking to them. Shameful the thing that a public official does not know how to speak civilly with citizens. However, without continuing this speech because I have a thousand other things to say about it, thank you again for your willingness to answer my question.

I called P. M. six times to ask a question about the dpcm, I listened to the record and I typed, as requested, the key n 3 but the switchboard operator told me that I had to enter the n. 1. I phoned again and I have NEVER been able to speak to an operator of the PM ... On the nth phone call a switchboard operator (male), therefore not of the PM, very annoyed replied that I continued to ask the same he asks saying "but what do you think we don't listen to your phone call?" From there it was a succession of "back and forth" always in a rude way. Now I wonder if a citizen in difficulty, instead of finding help and answers from people in charge of this, should on the contrary be scolded as in school, without then getting any answer. BAD service and rude operator (man).

Bad. They made me a fine for parking without exposure of the time disc when it was actually exposed and indicated the time correctly. I went to the counters as indicated in the notice but found them still closed with the excuse of the covid (in late June!). Finally I telephoned but I was told with enough sufficiency that they have no photos to prove my alleged violation but that "it is my word against that of a public official". Shame.
