SUPER SATISFIED !!! Kindness, professionalism and excellent quality / price ratio are the basis of a good review and that is why I want to give 5 stars to Epilate (Ferrara). Since I entered the room to ask for information about the technology they use, Marta (shop assistant / beautician) has been able to answer all my doubts or questions and has followed my every session with the utmost attention, kindness and sympathy. I want to clarify that I have not yet finished the sessions purchased and I am already satisfied with the result I am getting. I advise!!!

I feel great and recommend it to anyone who wants to undertake a hair removal process. The staff already deserves five stars, Marta is super and knows how to put the customer at ease. I have had very evident results from the first sessions, the treatment is quick and painless and based on the sensitivity and perception of each person, the impulse of the machine is adapted to obtain an optimal result.

The staff are courteous, helpful and professional. Marta is very nice, she knows how to put the customer at ease and acts in the best way to optimize the performance of the sessions also on the basis of any hormonal problems. For me, hair removal has always been a problem and an inconvenience. This treatment gives excellent results in just a few sessions, it changed my life (I am not exaggerating)

I entered the epilitis shop in Ferrara with many doubts. Marta welcomed me with kindness, she immediately put me at ease and with her professionalism she explained to me in the smallest detail what the treatment I was going to do was by clarifying all my doubts. The studio is intimate and very clean, you are always alone with Marta and this made me very comfortable. Even though I'm in the third session I start to see some results and I can't wait to do the next one.
