I am told to switch to Saturday from 8 to 12 without any problem. To be sure, I go to the workshop on Saturday morning at 8 o'clock. I am told to wait because they had to change all the wheels on a truck. With typical Ligurian welcome they force me to "take a ride". I want to think that such a job has not been planned, but it can happen. After 1 hour and 40 of waiting, he gets to work. After 20 minutes Demattei claims that in order to change the tire the whole bike must be taken apart and does not do the work. I try to explain that the bike, being all original, is impossible such a thing. According to him, all the fairings and the exhaust had to be removed. After losing all morning, I get organized (with all the inconvenience of the case), I collect the tire and go to Scotto. The latter, despite being 11.30 (closing at 12), in 10 minutes I change the rubber and tighten the nut with a torque wrench (which Demattei does not have). Draw your own conclusions.
