There is a machine to pay. It accepts cards. You can choose €7 for the whole day (until 19:00). You need to both input your reg number AND put the ticket behind the windshield. BEWARE: Part of the parking is different, limited to 2 hours with a disc. It is not indicated very clearly, and obviously, that's where the unwary will find a parking space... All the other spots having been taken by Cinque Terra daytrippers. It's misleading, so minus two stars for me. I tried the easypark app advertised on the ticket machine and it kept showing €0 for the parking fee. Not sure it's actually working...

Close to the sea but quite expensive and without the possibility to pay with cards.
