Fair price doses and good quality clean to recommend for a business lunch

I have traveled to different places for work and on many occasions also the kitchens, and every time I see a clean kitchen I am amazed, even though it should be a normality (but unfortunately it is not) Let's go back to the very clean local Coral, good and nice people Pizza I must say that reminds me of one of the best pizzerias in Milan (2 months of waiting) so to say excellent. My wife threw herself on the kitchen, all fresh and of quality. Making a small summary of the quality I would say restaurant at restaurant price. All perfect I will definitely come back

In this family-run trattoria / pizzeria, we came across it by chance and I must say that the first impression was not the best, the place looked like a trattoria from the past in a modern version and the candy pink of the walls of the local bar did not it helps, the restaurant room is lighter to my taste, with blue walls, tables and chairs in light wood and prints recalling the sea, the staff, consisting of barista (father) waiter (son) pizzaiola (mother) is cook (grandmother) was kind, helpful and nice. As for the dishes of the kitchen I cannot give an opinion having taken the pizza ourselves, but for what concerns the pizzas I can say that they were very good and light, the lady who made them explained to us that the dough is made with a mixture of three different flours, and well cooked, the material used to garnish them excellent, mine with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes was excellent, my other diners took a calzone stuffed with ham, very good, and a four tasty cheeses. Sore point the beers, they were only in bottles, they were very aromatic and did not suit pizza. Total paid for 3 pizzas, 2 33 CL beers, 1 1/2 water and two limoncini € 37.50. (Obviously driving was the person who did not drink 😉)
