We ordered a tart for a birthday, and we were impressed by the goodness of the fruit tart, the cream was good, the fruit was fresh and plentiful and the biscuit part was crunchy and didn't gobble you up, the price for the quality of the raw material is correct

I know the owner and I know how he works: attention to quality takes precedence over everything. I recommend sourdough bread with sourdough.
