I bought a Thron 2 on the 1st of August and it immediately had problems with the chain, which seemed to be about to break. The bike practically never used, to date mid-November 2020, after 4 months, is parked in the Focus workshop waiting for an elusive replacement. So I spent € 4,000 for a bike that I have never been able to use and for those few times that I have used it, with the risk of breaking the chain while I went. I had to put in a lawyer to get a replacement. Company of clowns.

Prssima even ridiculous, inconsistent company unserious and unreliable. From well over four months after opening a warranty for a Jam2 battery from the retailer despite repeated reminders and complaints, no response. The dealer tells me that I will be given a used battery !! Certainly no longer I am purchasing a Focus.

Dear Enrico, I also purchased a raven max team 2017 which, a few months after the purchase, encountered the same problem that I addressed to the company in question and they replaced the frame under the warranty with only sending photos of the damage in question. In addition I can tell you for sure that some of my acquaintances have had the same type of problem and I cannot tell you how things ended up .... However, a case study of this damage exists and is frequent and demonstrable ....
