I enter the beautiful official VW facility and am accepted by the lady at the checkout. I ask if there is a way to reset the service warning light of my Tgi caddy 2015. The lady replies that there is no manual way, it is mandatory to connect the official VW diagnosis for zeroing. He also tells me that zeroing without a diagnosis would make no sense. Adds an angry tone to return to the workshop that performed the service reset ticket. I go out mortified. I get in the car and take the use and maintenance manual of my vehicle. In two seconds it resets the service without official diagnosis. Return to the structure. The lady at the cash register begins to cling to the mirrors with evasive speeches. Moral of the story: I understand that an authorized center must comply with the directives of the parent company but to mortify people with incorrect information and non-professional mode, despite repeated similar cases, is really inadmissible. Shame!
