Since there is no longer the 'historical' lady of the past, the pharmacy is no longer the same, she was able to listen to you and always advise you well. Now the staff is unkind very quick and sometimes rude. I'm very sorry you lost a client.

Apart from that I waited more than 15 'to be told we don't have the drug, the most scandalous thing is that despite the long waiting line, a pharmacist calmly came out to greet the children of a client, who has no prescription, the children's doctor called to get the dosage of the drug. After about ten minutes the pharmacist SOLD THE DRUG TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT A RECIPE! It was a CLENIL drug for asthma and lung diseases, it took the recipe !!!! Total shame came when the next customer (non-EU) asked for a drug for his son, he wasn't given because he didn't have a prescription !!!!! I hope they will make you in control soon!
