Rudeness. I am a student. I had a small problem on my pc during a study session. I went early in this store. The clerk rudely told me that he first had to finish what I was doing (the shop was empty). He fixed the monitor accidentally ended up in the "projects" screen by connecting it to its screen (operation lasting even 2 minutes). Total cost 10 euros. I was only card with me (cash + credit card). After making me stories about payment with cash at the time to type the pin I realize that the amount is not more than 10 but 12 euro. I am told that it is not convenient for him to pay by debit card and instead of inviting me to go to a desk he raised the price of the service without any logical basis. Incommentabile.
