Pretty poor customer service, bought the wrong cable (my fault, i know), went to exchange it, the one i needed was cheaper. They wouldn't exchange a refund the difference, it's either exchange and loose the money or buy a more expansive item.

I evaluate a star because zero is not possible, a hallucinating experience, after having agreed on a regular appointment to replace the battery of an iPhone 7, Saturday 5/12/2020 at 11:20 am at the shop, I give the iPhone 7 to the Boy (Giacomo ) who, while taking charge of the mobile phone, compliments me for the conditions (like new) of my Smartphone, dismisses me telling me that as soon as ready he would call me. At 16:30 I call, I'm going to take back the iPhone and I am told that it was not possible to replace the battery because a liquid (probably water) oxidized some components and therefore it was closed again to avoid damage, cost of any repair € 400.00 approximately. Obviously I am stunned, because my iPhone has never touched water, not even two drops of rain, anyway I thank and go out.Monday 7/12/2020 I deliver my iPhone to the iRiparo shop in via Fausto Beretta, where in 30 minutes they replaced the battery, reassuring me about the absence of oxide inside the Smartphone.Before returning home, I stopped at the Juice shop to make them participate in the beautiful figure made, I hope that the guys in the sales department, report my complaints to those of the assistance!!! This was my first and last experience in this service center !!!

Excellent service! I had the opportunity to be advised in my purchases by two of my peers (Nicola and Giacomo) who had completely understood my needs. The rest of the team is always ready to provide an excellent service both for purchases and assistance, and it is always nice to be able to compare with young guys who are always informed on the latest news from the Apple world. Surely my trusted reseller I can only recommend it.

One star is too much !! A shameful story that happens to a dear friend of mine, yesterday she enters this shop and sees a cover for her IPad, buys it and happily returns home, and there the nasty surprise the cover is ruined even cut .. Today she goes back to the shop to change it, but she is told that they have no others, she asks for the money back, but they tell her that there is nothing in this regard! And after several discussions she managed to get the promise that the money will be credited to her account in 20 days thank goodness that my friend had the manager write 2 lines to prove that she must have this money .. This shop is indicated as a center Apple assistance, I wonder if the parent company knows how they treat their customers, I too have been in this shop to repair the audio of an IPhone, and the thing that struck me is the incompetence that exists !!! It should be reported to Apple!
