Best quality. To try the durum wheat bread (Apulian, Altamura type, soft or crunchy shells, baguettes, shells without salt), also slippers, clogs, turtles, valances and much more. Naturally leavened shells on Tuesday and Thursday. On Saturday special bread (kamut, rice, rye and walnuts, turmeric, sunflower, spelled, oats, five cereals, ...) Handmade croissants, strudel, puff pastries, swivels, puff pastries, biscuits. Breadsticks and taralli of various flavors. A must if you are in Aviano.

I don't go daily to get bread and sweets .. But I can guarantee that even the following day the bread is always fresh ..
