The customer service is amazing! Speaks very good English and explains everything very clearly.

Horrible service. Customer service is non existent. Asked for assistance for TIM customer service phone call because internet isn't working and they only speak Italian. She refused and referred to the the app which we have done repeatedly. Almost 5 days without internet and still paying for the service. Recommend going somewhere instead of the one in aviano. I would give it a zero star instead of 1 star if it would let me.

Great service for a company that is a pain in the arse sometimes...

Words can’t express how terrible my experience was here. They are trying to charge me double for a month I already paid for. They got me once only because I couldn’t find the bill but I have located all my bills since the obtaining service and the lady has the audacity to tell me the receipts are wrong oh and also can’t access my account from their store to verify. I’d rather not have internet the entire time I’m stationed here then give them my money. RIP OFF.

Loves that the lady there took the time to help me figure out what was going on with my bill. Very helpful and nice!
