There is no care of the person concerned, and besides, I have to be punctured three times waiting in the normal waiting room in uncomfortable chairs and where no one asks how you are and if you need anything. I was terribly ill due to my pregnant state after drinking glucose, I had times when I needed to throw up, but I couldn't and didn't know who to ask for help. I have been abandoned in a corner for two hours and it goes by, with no one to care for me or other people in my same state of discomfort from the load curve. The only good thing is that pregnant women take precedence (but this is in all hospitals)

This morning I went with my daughter to make a particular withdrawal at the Collection Center of the S. Anna Hospital, I state that unfortunately we often go for this service and they are usually kind people, this morning a lady did at station no. 10 very unpleasant and rude without limits (he did not have the tag and we could not see the name or it was not visible, with the mask positioned in front of his face), unfortunately we go to make withdrawals many times for very serious things and we especially wait with a 20-year-old patient for some tact and education. qualities totally absent in the Lady. I hope the lady in question will read this post and make good use of it for the future!

Compared to where we were first making withdrawals in Via Cassoli, here we are light years ahead. No more endless queues that arrived almost in the street, continuous crowds, obstacles and indescribable mess. Here there is order and space, everything is organized better, more fluid and faster access to services, both for what concerns the withdrawals and the collection of reports. It is easy to reach and moves well, certainly much more pleasant to come here when you need it, I repeat a big step forward compared to before.

This morning, after a long time, I went to the HOUSE OF HEALTH .... to perform blood samples. I found the staff really rude .... certI operators give x assumed that one always knows how to move inside the various clinics ... as if one were there every day. Some people do not realize that they are lucky to have a job. I understand it is not easy to deal with people, but I say that if you don't have patience, you change jobs. Just a smile, a polite greeting, instead you only find long and annoyed snouts. I think I will return to take advantage of private clinics .... I prefer to pay more rather than be treated badly.
