Absolutely negative experience! I tried to book a prevention package and after an email they never answered and after 8 phone calls where they put me on hold for 20 minutes I was finally able to speak with the "referent" ch3 with a haughty and angry said he could not help me because he did not see my reservation made through my health insurance. assuming I had successfully made my reservation through my insurance and I have all the evidence to prove this, a private clinic that advertises full check up 60 minutes for € 289 and which cannot be accessed if you do not have health insurance ... but by paying then you can not do it anyway? I am very embittered and disgusted by the attitude of the lady in charge of the reservations sector and surely the clinic must be made aware of the quality of the staff who follow the image and its credibility! 07/18/2020 Orthopedic carpal tunnel operation dr sinigaglia made in a hurry and with a lot of suffering anesthesia practically nothing felt all course not nice checkup in my opinion useless after 40 days it is no longer informiculated but created a callus when cut and does not work well my hand seems to have needles in my wrist is not bending well i am considering a legal action for the problem
